Delivery, Payment and Billing Terms

• Wine-Bag aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving full payment and deliver within 3 – 5 working days.
• Delivery is charged at a flat rate of ₤10.00 for all orders valued under ₤150.00 (Excl VAT) to all UK Customers.
• Delivery is charged at ₤20.00 for all UK offshore Islands and Ireland.
• Delivery is FREE for all orders over ₤150.00 (Excl VAT) to all UK customers and ₤250.00 (Excl VAT) for all UK offshore Islands and Ireland.
• All orders are processed during working hours (09.00am to 17.30pm) Monday to Friday.
• Delivery normally takes place between the hours: 09.00am and 18.00pm and you must provide a mainland address to receive your goods.
• When our couriers deliver an order and there is no answer at the address or no-one to verify the collection, they will take the goods back to their depot and try again the next day. If they still cannot deliver and you have not received your goods, please contact us via mail at (customerservices@wine-bag.co.uk) so we can arrange a suitable delivery time.

• Wine-Bag is prepared to offer Trade Customers up to a maximum of 30 days credit subject to their credit status. Payment must be received strictly 30 days from receipt of a Proforma Invoice.
• All orders online can be paid for by credit or debit card using the following: (Maestro, Visa and Mastercard).
• Offline orders can be taken over the phone or via e-mail, provided we are given full card details. A Proforma Invoice will then be sent when the order is processed and once the goods have been received we will send out a VAT Invoice.
• We also accept BACS payments for which we will give you our Bank details upon request. All cheques must be written to A Squared Trading Ltd or Wine-Bag.
• Wine-bag takes the security of all their customers very seriously and this is why we have decided to use Worldpay for processing all online and offline transactions.

• VAT is not included in the Unit Price of each product, but we include a 15% VAT charge on all total prices as these are pre-calculated by our ordering system at checkout.
• Proforma and VAT receipt Invoices are sent out via mail once goods have been delivered.
• Credit and Debit Cards are charged immediately when you place an order online or offline.
• Wine-bag goods and products are offered for Trade purchases only and we do not sell them on an individual basis.
• Customers are charged at the price which appears at the end of the check-out section. However if there are any pricing errors, we will review your order and look to reimburse any deficits if applicable and this is at our discretion.
