There are four main ways to place an order with Wine-bag. Please see the options below which are available to you, but note that before any products can be dispatched we must receive full payment. |

Once you have selected your range of goods, you can add these items to the shopping cart and they will appear on right hand side of every page. Our cart allows you to add or subtract items and it will also total your purchase(s) according to the item(s) you have chosen as you browse through our site.
All payments that are taken via a debit or credit card are stored in an encrypted format and cannot be seen or read by any Wine-bag employees. |

For all standard products and orders, Wine-bag aims to deliver within 3 to 5 working days from receiving your order within the UK. What do I do if an item(s) is missing from my order? |

Sometimes Wine-bag will ship orders in different parts. If an item is missing from your order and after 5 days you do not receive your whole purchase, please send a mail to: customerservices@wine-bag.co.uk or call 08450 949 598 and provide your full name, order number and reference number of the good(s) not received. |
