Wine-Bag promise we will not be beaten on price.

In the unlikely event that you find a cheaper price, for the same product and offer. We will not only match the price but also beat that price by 5% of the difference. You can even price match as many products in your order and this way you will receive the best possible service at the best possible price.

Wine-Bag Price Match Conditions

1. The online website where you found the product offered at a cheaper price must have that item in stock and must be identical to our stocked product. The competitor's offered price must include any taxes, and they must be prepared to sell the item to you at their quoted price.
2. Goods cannot be part of bankrupt stock, nor can they be end of line clearance items, shop- soiled items or similar.
3. Wine-Bag will not Price Promise Match products from any website if that website is not accessible, or if they are not prepared to deliver the stock to your shipping destination if it outside of their stated delivery area(s), and for immediate delivery.
4. Wine-Bag will not Price Promise Match any products from any web-site that is not based in the UK.
5. Wine-Bag must be able to verify the lower price.
6. Wine-Bag's Price Match is not a binding contract until we have accepted your order and taken payment and we reserve the right not to Price Match for any reason at our discretion.
7. Our Price Promise Match offer is only available prior to purchase and only once we have Price Matched that particular item and processed your order. We will not Price Match that item again under the same order.
8. Please note that the Price Promise Match is not transferable and you must purchase the product on the same day that we offer to match the competitor's price.
